Gemma is the visionary behind our mission and steers our ship towards growth. An experienced Online Business Mentor and Certified Mindset and Energy Coach, Gemma serves our clients, creates our programs and courses and is behind our content. She's a heady mix of adhd, introvert, 2/4 manifesting generator and a - shall we say - odd sense of humour. Cries at the drop of a hat. 

Kerrie [she/her]
Client Success Mentor & Associate Consultant

Kerrie has worked with Gemma for years and was in the first cohort of the Conscious Consultant Certification. With over twenty five years experience in marketing & client services, and five years running her own business, she now supports our clients inside our programs, ensuring they stay accountable and implement. Kerrie also works one to one with clients as part of our Advisory Team. She’s a foodie, horse and dog lover, and sunset chaser.

Finance Manager

Violet was once a client, but soon became Gemma's right-hand in all things finance, and has been in the role for years. She has so much money and finance knowledge and keeps us on point in the business, cracking the whip if cashflow or profit drops. She's a secret rebel fascinated by human behaviour. When she's not working, you'll find her lost in a romance novel.

Jo runs the monthly nervous system sessions and is a trauma informed psychotherapist and Nervous System Health and Relational Neuroscience coach. She combines 30 years of working creatively and therapeutically with people to offer deep insights and wisdom into how your body and brain are operating.

Lola is the queen of turning words into wealth and stories into sales. What sets her apart is her expertise in storytelling - she knows that great stories can get people to open their hearts (and wallets) and vote for you with their money. And let's be real, who doesn't love a good story? Lola runs our copy reviews and our clients love her.
