Welcome to Leverage. Your account is being set up as you read this, and an email is on its way to the address you just used.
Take a breath. You have just handed over the part of your business that has been living in your head. Here is exactly what happens next, so you never have to work out what comes first.
Start by signing in
There is no password to remember, ever. Enter the email address you bought with, and a sign-in link will be on its way to your inbox. If the first link doesn't let you in, request another.
Once you are in, open Do this first in the left menu. Four steps, in order. Do them in one sitting or spread them across the week, whichever suits you.
- Set up Claude or ChatGPT.
- Build your Business Memory. It is a conversation about your business that becomes the file your whole team works from, in your words and approved by you. There is no clock on it.
- Set up your Brain.
- Take the diagnostic. It looks at where your business leans on you most, and marks one team member as your starting point.
Your first week
One small thing at a time. Nothing here takes a whole afternoon.
Check your Brain is awake
Start a new chat and look at the first thing your AI says. It should open with a short line telling you it is reading your Brain. If you see it, you are connected.
Meet your first team member
The diagnostic picks one for you. Open the Install Centre, copy their skill into your AI, and run them once. One working beats five installed and unused.
Put them on a schedule
So they turn up without being asked. Then run your Friday review, and your Brain picks up everything that happened this week without you having to think about it.
Your first month
This is where it stops being setup and starts being work you are no longer doing.
Give them a real job
Something already on your list. A post you need to write, an email you have been putting off, a plan you keep meaning to make. Hand it over and use what comes back.
Start your first build
Open Build Studio and tell it one idea built from something you already teach or do. This is the other half of what you bought: turning what you know into an asset you own.
Take the two-minute check
Six short questions on where you have got to. A yes means carry on. A no points you at the one thing to do next, which is the only thing you need to know.
You will get an email at each of these points, so you never have to remember where you were.
