Each day you install part of it and learn the Claude feature that powers it, taught end to end in a live call with me at 12pm for an hour, allow 90 minutes in case Q&A runs over. By Friday the foundational Scale Engine is installed on your business, with two of the four team members, the Operator and the Marketer, built live and trained on you. You leave knowing how every feature of Claude works, because you used all of it to build your own system.
