Hi, I'm Gemma, Founder of The Lighthouse and The Lighthouse Luminary.
I’m a multi-award winning Online Business Mentor who brings high-level strategy, leadership coaching, AI innovation, energy psychology and mindset coaching, with three decades of experience, many of those working with some of the biggest global brands.
I blend corporate, brand and agency experience with all I’ve learned from scaling two of my own businesses to create tried and tested frameworks that help my clients get to six, multi-six and seven figures, and created millions for my own business.
All of that I've achieved as a neurodivergent, manifesting generator, peri-menopausal, solo mum of one neurodivergent son and two crazy cocker spaniels.
What I bring to the table that's different to my peers is the unique blend of strategy, energetics, AI innovation and implementation strategies tried and tested over 12 years in this online world ... and a decidedly odd sense of humour.
